  • 50% refund available for cancellations between 24-48 hours prior to appointment
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment
  • Rescheduling allowed once without penalty

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions
  • 7-day refund window for monthly subscriptions
  • Refunds prorated based on usage and subscription period
  • Account access will be terminated upon refund processing

Important Notice

  • Physical materials that have been shipped and delivered
  • Services that have been fully completed
  • Subscription renewals (unless cancelled within grace period)

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our senior management team within 30 days of the original decision. We're committed to fair resolution of all disputes and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

For unresolved disputes, mediation services are available through recognized financial services mediation providers in Malaysia.
